- Existing projects, applications, financial obligations, ratings, or verification records may continue to apply.

Role switching does not cancel existing contractual, payment, project, dispute, tax, or other obligations.
6. Public Profiles and User-Generated Content
Users may create profiles, portfolios, projects, goals, wishlists, reviews, messages, and other content ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content you submit.
You represent that you own or have appropriate rights to the content you upload, have permission to use third-party material included in your content, your content does not violate applicable law, does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, does not contain malicious software, and is not intentionally misleading or fraudulent.
You grant Fancrew a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically process your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Platform. This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Fancrew.

Creators must not:
- Falsely claim qualifications.
- Misrepresent audience size or engagement.
- Use fake verification information.

- Misrepresent qualifications or experience.

Fancrew may remove portfolio material or restrict an account where violations are identified.
9. Creator Monetization
Creators may use Fancrew's available monetization features, including tips, subscriptions, goals, wishlists, and other monetization features introduced by Fancrew.
Availability of a monetization feature may depend on account status, verification, eligibility, and Platform policies.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate descriptions of their monetization offerings.
Fancrew does not guarantee any minimum level of followers, subscribers, tips, contributions, subscription revenue, project revenue, or earnings.
10. Tips
Fans may send one-time tips to eligible Creators. A successful payment may result in a transaction record and Creator earnings entry.
Tips may be subject to payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, or other financial controls.
Fancrew may restrict or hold transactions where fraud, unauthorized activity, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.
11. Creator Subscriptions
Creators may create subscription plans with recurring payments. Subscription details may include plan name, price, description, benefits, billing period, and status.
Subscription billing is designed around monthly plans. Future billing periods may be introduced separately.
Fans are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for active subscriptions.
If a recurring payment fails, Fancrew may attempt payment retries according to the applicable payment process.
Creators are responsible for accurately describing the benefits of their subscription plans.
12. Goals and Wishlists
Creators may create fundraising goals or wishlists where the applicable feature is available.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, setting realistic targets, providing accurate information about intended use, and updating relevant information where circumstances change.
Fancrew may close, pause, restrict, or remove a goal or wishlist where necessary because of fraud concerns, policy violations, legal requirements, account suspension, misrepresentation, or security concerns.
Contributions may be subject to payment processing, refund, chargeback, and dispute procedures.
13. Fan Contributions
Fans are responsible for reviewing the relevant Creator, goal, wishlist, or subscription information before making a payment.
Fancrew does not guarantee that a Creator will use funds in a particular manner unless Fancrew expressly represents that it is administering those funds for that specific purpose.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under Fancrew's refund rules, contributions may not automatically be refundable.
14. Job Marketplace
Fancrew provides a marketplace through which Creators may post projects and Crew members may apply. Projects may include video editing, motion graphics, animation, graphic design, music production, voice-over, photography, cinematography, content writing, podcast editing, and other creative services.
The exact categories available may change over time.
15. Project Listings
Creators are responsible for providing accurate project information, including project title, description, requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables, revision expectations, and relevant terms.
Creators must not post projects that require unlawful activity, infringe third-party rights, contain fraudulent requirements, misrepresent compensation, attempt to circumvent Fancrew's payment system, or request prohibited content or services.
Fancrew may reject, remove, pause, or restrict a project listing.
16. Applications
Crew members may apply to eligible projects. Applications may contain a cover message, estimated delivery time, relevant experience, portfolio references, and responses to project questions.
Crew members must provide truthful information. Submitting an application does not guarantee shortlisting, interview, hiring, payment, or future work.
Creators independently decide which Crew member to hire, subject to Platform rules.
17. Hiring
When a Creator hires a Crew member through Fancrew, applicable project payment is processed, eligible funds may be placed into escrow, a project workspace may be created, the project moves into the applicable project status, and Creator and Crew may collaborate through the Platform.
Only one active Crew hire may be permitted for a project unless Fancrew explicitly allows otherwise.
18. Creator Platform Commission
Fancrew charges a 5% platform commission to the Creator on eligible Creator-Crew project transactions.
The Creator-side commission is separate from any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, GST, or other charges that may apply to the transaction.
The applicable Creator commission and any applicable charges will be displayed to the Creator before the relevant payment is confirmed.
The Creator is responsible for the applicable Fancrew commission associated with their project transaction.
Fancrew may change the Creator commission for future transactions by providing appropriate notice.
19. Crew Platform Commission
Fancrew charges a 10% platform commission to the Crew member on eligible project earnings processed through Fancrew.
The Crew-side commission is deducted from the amount payable to the Crew member before the applicable payout is released.
The applicable Crew commission and any applicable taxes or payout-related charges will be reflected in the Crew member's transaction or payout statement.
Fancrew may change the Crew commission for future transactions by providing appropriate notice.
20. Escrow
For eligible Creator-Crew projects, Fancrew may use an escrow mechanism to hold project funds.
The general workflow is: Creator Payment → Escrow → Crew Hired → Work Delivered → Approval → Holding Period → Release.
Funds may remain locked or frozen when a project is under review, a dispute has been raised, payment verification is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or a refund or chargeback is being investigated.
Funds are not released before the applicable approval conditions are satisfied, subject to the Platform's auto-approval and dispute procedures.
21. Auto-Approval
Where a Creator does not respond to a submitted deliverable, Fancrew may automatically approve the submission after the applicable inactivity period.
The specified auto-approval period is 72 hours.
Upon auto-approval, the applicable payment release workflow may begin. Auto-approval does not prevent Fancrew from investigating fraud, chargebacks, payment issues, or other violations where legally and operationally appropriate.
22. Payment Release and Holding Period
Following project approval, applicable funds may be subject to a holding period before becoming eligible for payout.
The specified standard escrow release process includes a 3-4 working days holding period following approval.
The holding period may be extended where a dispute is active, a chargeback is received, fraud is suspected, financial reconciliation is incomplete, or legal or regulatory requirements apply.
23. Deliverables and Revisions
Crew members must submit deliverables according to the agreed project requirements. Deliverables may include preview files, final files, version numbers, notes, and supporting materials.
Creators may request revisions within the number of revisions agreed for the project.
Once the permitted revision count is exhausted, additional revisions are not automatically required unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
24. Project Disputes & Resolution
If a Creator and Crew member disagree regarding a project, either party may raise a dispute through the Fancrew dispute mechanism.
A dispute may relate to quality of work, incomplete work, missed deadlines, deliverable requirements, revisions, communication, project cancellation, payment, or other material project-related issues.
Fancrew may review relevant project information, including project requirements, agreed budget, deliverables, chat messages, uploaded files, revision history, submission history, approval status, payment records, and other relevant Platform records.
24.1 Release Full Payment to Crew
Where the Creator's complaint is rejected and the Crew member has satisfactorily completed the agreed work:
- The project may be marked as Completed.
- Eligible escrow funds may be released to the Crew member.
- The applicable 10% Crew commission will be deducted from the Crew member's eligible earnings.
- Applicable payment processing, tax, or other charges may also apply.
24.2 Full Refund to Creator
Where the Crew member has materially failed to complete the agreed work or otherwise failed to satisfy the applicable project requirements:
- The project may be marked as Cancelled.
- Eligible escrow funds may be refunded to the Creator.
- The applicable Creator-side charges will be handled according to Fancrew's refund and payment rules.
- Any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or other non-refundable charges may be treated separately where permitted.
24.3 Partial Payment / Partial Refund
Where Fancrew determines that both parties are partially responsible, Fancrew may determine a partial settlement.
The Admin team may determine the applicable percentage or fixed amount to be released to the Crew member and refunded or retained for the Creator.
For example, Fancrew may determine that 60% of the eligible project amount is payable to the Crew member and the remaining 40% is refunded to the Creator.
The applicable platform commissions and other charges will be calculated according to the final settlement and applicable financial rules.
24.4 Resume / Continue Work
Where Fancrew determines that the project can reasonably continue, the dispute may be resolved by allowing the Crew member to continue or correct the work.
- Escrow funds may remain held.
- A revised deadline may be established.
- The required corrective work may be specified.
- The project may return to In Progress status.
- The parties may be required to continue communication through Fancrew.
The project resolution and escrow timelines will be subject to the applicable Platform rules and any applicable maximum holding period.
24.5 Mutual Cancellation
Where both the Creator and Crew member agree to cancel the project:
- The project may be marked as Cancelled.
- The parties may agree on the applicable refund or payment treatment.
- Fancrew will process the applicable settlement based on the agreed outcome and Platform rules.
Any applicable non-refundable payment processing charges, taxes, or other charges may be treated separately where permitted.
24.6 Rework and Partial Refund
Where the Crew member agrees to correct or redo part of the work and the parties agree that a partial refund is appropriate:
- The Crew member may be required to complete the agreed rework.
- A partial amount may be released to the Crew member.
- The remaining amount may be refunded to the Creator.
- The project may remain In Progress until the rework is completed.
- The project may subsequently move to Completed or Cancelled, depending on the outcome.
The specific settlement amount may be determined by Fancrew based on the agreed resolution and available evidence.
25. Commission Treatment During Refunds and Disputes
Fancrew commissions are calculated based on the applicable transaction and settlement outcome.
Where a project is fully refunded before Crew earnings are released, the Crew-side commission will generally not be charged on the amount that is not ultimately paid to the Crew member.
Where a partial settlement is made, the applicable Crew commission may be calculated on the amount ultimately released to the Crew member.
The Creator-side commission will be handled according to the applicable Creator transaction and refund terms.
Payment gateway charges, GST, payout charges, and other applicable charges may be treated separately from Fancrew's platform commission.
26. Cancellation
Before hiring, a Creator may cancel a project subject to the applicable Platform rules. After hiring, cancellation may require administrative review.
If a project is cancelled, Fancrew may determine the applicable payment, refund, escrow, and payout treatment based on project status, work completed, payment status, evidence, applicable cancellation rules, dispute circumstances, and applicable law.
27. Ratings and Reviews
After an eligible project is completed, Creators and Crew members may be able to rate and review one another. Ratings may use a 1-to-5 star scale.
Reviews must be honest, relevant, based on genuine experience, free from threats or harassment, and free from fraudulent manipulation.
Users must not purchase reviews, create fake reviews, threaten another user to obtain a review, manipulate ratings, or post reviews for transactions that did not occur.
Fancrew may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable policies.
28. Messaging and Communication
Fancrew may provide project-based messaging between Creators and Crew. Messaging may be enabled after an application or project assignment, depending on the applicable workflow.
Users must not use Fancrew messaging to harass others, send malicious links, conduct fraud, distribute malware, share unlawful content, circumvent Platform fees, attempt unauthorized access, or conduct spam campaigns.
Fancrew may review reported conversations and relevant communications for moderation, disputes, security, legal compliance, and enforcement.
29. File Uploads
Users may upload files subject to Fancrew's file restrictions. Supported file types and size limits may vary by feature.
Uploaded files may be subject to file-type validation, MIME-type validation, malware scanning, access controls, storage restrictions, and retention policies.
Users must not upload malware, viruses, illegal material, stolen files, copyright-infringing material, malicious code, unauthorized personal information, or files intended to compromise another system.
Fancrew may remove or block files that violate these Terms.
30. Intellectual Property
Fancrew and its licensors retain ownership of Fancrew software, Platform design, branding, logos, trademarks, website content, Platform technology, documentation, proprietary systems, and Platform-generated interfaces and features.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Fancrew intellectual property to users.
User Content remains owned by the user or applicable rights holder, subject to the license granted to Fancrew for operating the Platform.
31. Creator-Crew Intellectual Property
Fancrew does not automatically determine ownership of intellectual property created during a Creator-Crew project.
The Creator and Crew member should agree on applicable intellectual-property rights before work begins.
Project agreements should clearly address, where relevant: ownership, licensing, usage rights, source files, commercial rights, portfolio rights, third-party assets, music and stock licenses, AI-generated materials, and confidential information.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed between the relevant parties, Fancrew does not represent that hiring a Crew member automatically transfers all intellectual-property rights in the resulting work.

33. Account Suspension and Termination
Fancrew may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user violated these Terms, violated another Fancrew policy, engaged in fraud, engaged in abusive behavior, submitted false KYC information, used stolen or fraudulent payment information, violated intellectual-property rights, received significant chargebacks, engaged in prohibited activity, or created legal or regulatory risk for Fancrew.
Depending on the circumstances, suspension may result in profile being hidden, applications being disabled, messaging being restricted, payments being paused, withdrawals being held, projects being frozen, or monetization features being disabled.
34. Financial Holds and Account Restrictions
Fancrew may temporarily restrict access to funds where necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, payment disputes, suspicious transactions, KYC issues, bank verification issues, disputes, or regulatory concerns.
A financial hold does not necessarily mean that Fancrew has determined that a user has violated these Terms.
Funds may remain restricted until the applicable investigation or process is completed.
35. Taxes
Users are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from their use of Fancrew.
Fancrew may calculate applicable GST, deduct applicable TDS, generate invoices, generate payout statements, generate applicable tax documents, and maintain financial records.
Creators and Crew members remain responsible for complying with their applicable income-tax and other tax obligations.
Fancrew may update tax calculations when required by changes in applicable law or government requirements.
36. Payments and Refunds
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Payment statuses may include Pending, Processing, Successful, Failed, Cancelled, Refunded, Chargeback, and Disputed.

Fancrew may reject or delay refunds where a transaction is under fraud, chargeback, or dispute investigation.
37. Third-Party Services
Fancrew may rely on third-party services for payment processing, authentication, cloud hosting, file storage, email, SMS, notifications, analytics, security, and monitoring.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by the provider's own terms and policies.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party service failures, network failures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond Fancrew's reasonable control.
39. Marketplace Disclaimer
Fancrew provides marketplace infrastructure but does not guarantee the conduct, qualifications, availability, identity, performance, or reliability of every Creator or Crew member.
Fancrew does not guarantee that a project will receive applications, that a Creator will hire a Crew member, that a Crew member will be hired, that a Creator will receive contributions, that a Creator will deliver promised benefits, that a Crew member will complete work satisfactorily, that a project will be completed on time, or that a user's portfolio or credentials are completely accurate.

Fancrew's total liability arising from your use of the Platform will, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount of fees actually paid by you to Fancrew for the relevant Platform services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
43. Force Majeure
Fancrew will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, cloud infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, power failures, war, civil unrest, pandemics, strikes, or third-party service outages.
Fancrew will take reasonable steps to restore affected services where practicable.
44. Privacy
Your use of Fancrew is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

48. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where applicable, Fancrew will comply with applicable consumer-protection and e-commerce requirements.
49. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
50. No Waiver
Failure by Fancrew to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
51. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Fancrew's prior written consent.
Fancrew may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.
